Shipping and Returns
Where 'Working Day Delivery' or UK Mainland (or United Kingdom) delivery is offered this refers to Standard Rate UK Postal Delivery Areas only and not the Highlands and Islands or any premium rate UK Mainland locations as defined by the Post Office or our various approved carriers. We are also unable to deliver some of our larger and heavier goods outside of the Standard Rate area. If your delivery is affected by this your order will be suspended until we have notified you by email of any additional charge that would be incurred and will include the option of a full and immediate refund if you have already paid as soon as you confirm how you wish to proceed. If in doubt please enquire before you buy to save disappointment. We endeavour to dispatch all items within the times quoted but if this is not possible then we will contact the customer by email. It is the Customers responsibilty to be available or make arrangements to receive any items ordered when delivered. If it was not possible to deliver an item then another delivery date can be arranged with the Courier and we are not responsible for any addition costs that may occur.
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 if you are buying as a consumer you have a right to cancel your order.
This right starts from the time you make the order and ends seven working days after the day on which you receive the goods.

You must ensure that you take reasonable care of the goods and are advised to return them by recorded delivery.
